CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT

Order once placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours from placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on support@miatela.com or call us on +917827186001. In such cases, the order will be cancelled  and the money will be refunded to you within 7-10 working days after the cancellation request.

Please ensure you provide us correct account details for refunds eligible before shipment. 

POST SHIPMENT RETURNS

At Miatela , we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. Post shipment we do not issue cash or online money refunds but will be happy to issue an exchange note based on the conditions listed below:

1.The product is damaged or there have been some tear offs during transport.
2. Incorrect product sent
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange  we require the invoice or proof of purchase. Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase as mentioned on the invoice. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

 

 

Exchange (if applicable)

Please note: Mode of exchange will be in the form of an Exchange note / Store Credits only. We do not issue any cash or online payment refunds post shipment. Your store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of the credit / exchange note. 

How to Request an exchange :

To request a refund, simply email us your order details including the reason why you’re requesting an exchange. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue an exchange note accordingly. 

Please note : We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@miatela.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 11C , Sunder Apartments, Paschim Vihar , New Delhi 110087. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable on case to case basis only.
